Ömur Nilgun Ateş was born in 1984 in Istanbul. After graduating from Marmara University, Vocational School of Social Sciences, Accounting Department in 2005, she completed her undergraduate education at Anadolu University, Department of Business Administration. She worked in the accounting departments of BSH Grunbeng company between 2000-2001, Oasis Turizm between 2003-2006, and Turkish Science Centers Foundation between 2006-2007.

Since 2007, she has been providing services within the scope of Kapital Network to many domestic and foreign companies, mainly in the tourism, media, foreign trade, law, manufacturing and construction sectors. Ömür Nilgün Ateş, who has experience in tax consultancy, payroll, accounting, financial reporting, international tax transactions, transfer pricing, M&A and income tax, has been working as a director and assistant general manager at Kapital Network since 2020.
